This book is about a boy named Sam Faulkner. A boy whose mother died 3 years ago, and is left living with his father above their bookstore. When Sam's father goes missing it's up to Sam to find him and bring him back. When Sam finds a statue that let's him travel in time Sam goes on an adventure to see if his father is trapped in time. I chose this book because, I loved the adventure and the way it intrigues you. I give this book two thumbs up, and recommend every one to read it.
